These terms cover use of this website and how Transcend Travel Ltd works with you as a travel agent. A booking has its own paperwork, which we will send you before you pay.

Who we are

Transcend Travel Ltd is an independent travel agency based in Southam, Warwickshire. Contact us at enquiries@transcendtravel.ltd.

How we book travel

We act as an agent on behalf of The Global Travel Group Ltd in connection with the sale of travel products. Unless we tell you we are the operator, The Global Travel Group Ltd is the agent on behalf of ATOL protected tour operators and other principals. Your holiday payment is protected by the ATOL of the relevant principal.

The contract for your holiday is with the tour operator or supplier named on your booking documents, not a contract invented on this website. Please read those documents before you pay.

This website

The pages on transcendtravel.ltd are here to help you understand the kinds of trips Kate plans and to start a conversation. Destination notes and examples are guidance, not an offer of a fixed package. Images are illustrative. Prices, if mentioned anywhere, can change and will always be confirmed in writing before you book.

You may use this site for your own research and enquiry. Please do not copy the site to run another business, or scrape it in a way that burdens the server.
